What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at Noblis seem to genuinely want everyone to succeed (opposite of a cut throat culture).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not think that my compensation accurately reflects my # of years of professional experience as well as my graduate degree. Student loan forgiveness as a benefit or alternative to EA would also be appreciated.
