collaborative culture, not cut-throat. People want to help each other.

the leadership team is engaged and active -- CEO and MA directors are approachable and highly visible

collaborative, mission-driven, they want to make a difference. Very few attempts to win points over others -- the team strives for win/win solutions with clients and each other.
