I enjoy working here, but having multiple simultaneous projects is a massive drain. It's hard to ever feel on top of work. However, the people here are great and the work is always challenging or at least novel.

The people genuinely care about each other.

They're approachable and candid. No posturing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better with more paid time off.
