Problem solving! I love being able to help our teams do something better or easier than they could before by either providing inspiration or removing roadblocks to success.

Most people are truly dedicated to problem solving rather than problem starting. Most people treat everyone with respect, kindness, and empathy. Most people strive to be better every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and they are good people and they truly want to do whatever they can to make our company the best to do business with and to work for.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The market averages for my role are significantly higher than what Noblis pays for this role. I do not think that the appropriate people understand the role and what going rates are, and that makes offers that come in much higher very difficult to resist.
