Working at Noblis is overall a good experience. I get to work with some very talented, competent people which reduces overall work stress quite a lot. I feel as though my salary is fair, although our bonus system is lacking.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy collaborating with others. I also enjoy writing productive code that makes some sort if impact.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement match is pretty good. Although I wouldn't care for it as much if it was any lower (9%)
