SInce coming to NOblis I have enjoyed working for the company. In addition to the compensation and benefits, I have had the opportunity to participate in R&D which is something I had not experienced elsewhere in my career.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what I do, the customer's mission, and the program I support. I also enjoy being asked by management to help with customer account strategies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonus , medical, dental, vision and retirement plans are excellent. The rest of the benefits are good as well. It would be nice to have a long term care benefit.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is friendly and genuinely interested in each other from both the professional and personal perspectives. I also think the "watercooler" conversation is at a higher level than other places I have worked.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are a learning environment. The company is always concerned about what new skills the workforce needs to to keep the company competitive and trys to find ways within budget constraints to provide training in new technologyies, processes, and tools.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do discuss what is going with company, share how we are tracking to annual objectives, and truly seem to lookout for the employee's best interest, This is demonstrated during government shutdowns and the pandemic when they keep us working and getting paid with benefits.
