the education reimbursement policy. It will likely be the deciding factor in continuing my education.
What makes you most happy at work?
Constant challenge and learning. I am never bored, I learn and grow as a professional everyday, and I believe what I do matters.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a relative newcomer to the industry it is very meaningful to me that my coworkers are more than willing to help me out with tasks or software I am unfamiliar with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their engagement with individual employees at all levels. Before I was hired full time I interned with Noblis, and was never turned down if I asked to meet with anyone in leadership. No matter how busy they always made time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The attitude of leadership towards suggestions, contradicting ideas, or highlighting of potential problems from other employees at all levels. Our leadership cares more about producing the best product than their ow egos. I believe that is one of the most important attributes of a successful company
