Working from home as I can get more done!

Maybe be considerate on expectations from new team members to Noblis..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I moved out of state to VA< and VA cost of living is very high (which i did not know) so based off that my pay should have been higher as well.
