A welcoming environment where others want to see others succeed. Not many 'sharp' elbows.

They truly seem to care about the staff. They do want people to have work life balance, and it's not just lip service.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At the manager level, people are very smart and committed to their work. The team is very friendly and easy to work with.
