What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my clients accomplish their goals that align with their business needs. Having a sense of belonging in an environment where my skill set, expertise, and contributions are valued.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued because I have been overlooked for opportunities to serve in leadership opportunities. My annual increases have barely met the standard 3%. Compared to similar positions, years of experience, background and education, I'm underpaid. Increase my compensation based upon new pay structure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is taking strides toward a progressive direction. Areas of improvement have been identified and I can see an active approach to resolve the areas of concern. I am optimistic that our leadership team will continue to bring an equitable solution to all concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our differences; different backgrounds, interests, and skill sets. I work with a great group of people who are caring, understanding, and most times willing to help. I enjoy collaborating with team members and bringing new ideas to solve our customers problems. I truly enjoy meaningful interactions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
honestly, the people. branching out and meeting people who work in other mission areas have proved to be fruitful. I am truly impressed by the varying skill sets and expertise, but getting to know people at the core is serving as a material experience. Some of THEE best people I've ever worked with!
