403b match. However, that benefit was reduced for new hires recently.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on growth of both the individuals and the enterprise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are credible and own their positions. They never waste my time and they are on their game. The give credit to the team and are sources of positive energy.
What are some of the best things about your team?
No egos. Everyone knows how to do their job and everyone is expected to do their job at a high level. There is an expectation of mutual respect and teamwork. You don't really feel the hierarchy much.
