The constant strive to seek new oppertunities for the organizaton and their knoweldge in the industry
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with coworkers on delivery value is great especially when the client is happy with our work however the overload and volume of work and changes possible from contract change is concerning and draining.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The teams and people are what make the culture and enviroment posstive . The "flat" reporting sturcture is terrrible and allows work to pile up and overtake the team structure staining the enironment
