So far my experience has been welcoming, challanging, exciting, positive, but most importantly real. If I have a concern, or honestly I am just not in a good mood, I have an environment that is understanding, empathetic, and helpful.

challenging work but it is not too overwhelming.

we can earn based on our performance and the company's performance a reward for our level of effort and accomplishment at the end of the year.
What are some of the best things about your team?
A very welcoming atmosphere where we can ask for help and not feel like we are interruptive, we can ask questions and get detailed answers, and we can joke around.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the understanding that we as employees to not live as robots and we need some flexibility in our work schedule so that we are not forced to use leave and to accommodate the needs in our personal lives .
