What is the best part about your compensation package?
The retirement match is fairly generous, and the incentive and bonus plans (e.g. annual and recruiting) are great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone's smart, dedicated, and team-oriented. People seem quick to ask for and offer help, which is a really good sign.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We say we put both people and mission first, and we live that out better than most organizations I've seen or encountered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I'm impressed with how they balance technical, people, and business skills. We need all three in this line of work, and they don't often overlap as well as I've seen here.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to work with interesting people and solve interesting problems. Therefore, working with such good people makes each day worth looking forward to, and my happiest hours are spent figuring out how to help my client (or teammates) do something new or do a familiar thing in a new way.
