What did you like most about the interview process?Asked questions based on knowledge as well as asked questions in regards to skills
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Positive is being able to talk about your hobbies with people who are like-minded. Negative would be being a female who works that is looked down upon for gender alone.
What are some of the best things about your team?The team I worked with put a lot of effort into making the store look amazing and we provided amazing guest service. Out of the three stores in the surrounding area, many guests came to our store specifically to shop. Upper management and unreachable goals made it incredibly difficult to work for GS
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Having better goals for stores to achieve and not making it look like each store is against one another. Not having goals and District Managers hound stores to get better number/% for people signing up for their paid membership. If a guest wants to join the membership they will, and not force it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Basically everything!! Nobody knows whats going on in that place its so chaotic in there.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Grow up and stop acting like its high school again.
