- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Positive is being able to talk about your hobbies with people who are like-minded. Negative would be being a female who works that is looked down upon for gender alone.

Not having goals and District Managers hound stores to get better number/% for people signing up for their paid membership. If a guest wants to join the membership they will, and not force it.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Basically everything!! Nobody knows whats going on in that place its so chaotic in there.
