Communication is lacking in certain areas
Understanding that the patients deserve quality care from happy and well educated nurses.
Caring about employees instead of lining their pockets by denying claims and overworking people for low pay.
Being fair. They kept raising the starting wage for my position but never updated my wage at that time. So, after being there 10 years, I was making less than someone who just started a week ago.
