I am scheduled to see too many members

Too many layoffs. The reorganizations never stop. For a company that supposedly values compassion and integrity, laying off employees during times of high profit is not consistent with those values.

Vision is strong but execution is poor. I feel we don't do a great job of pooling the right talent for the right job. Talent selection is too bureaucratic and friends hiring friends just for the sake of doing so. Not everything requires a consultant.
