What did you like most about the interview process? My interviwer was nice and helpful, and kept the vibe light and friendly
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Employees will sometimes get along
What are some of the best things about your team?My team member coworkers make the job fun and bearable, and have trained me more than the managment team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Theyre too overstaffed its ridiculous
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I make significantly less than new hires even though ive worked with this company for years and have been a dedicated a loyal employee. A raise and actually getting survivable hours would make it bearable. Although the management would never let that happen
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Actually being held accountable for horrible and unprofessional behavior rather than continually being allowed to dehumanize their staff and treat them as disposable robots
