What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

buy out false promises that will never happen

Customers should be number 1 in any service industry. Wall Street does not get rail service.

Lying, always late, overcharging, last priority

Service is not good. Customers complain constantly.

New management to be put in place that want to run freight for customers!

The people making decisions never worked in the craft.

Service is poor. Staffing is poor. Maintenance is poor.

Everything is going wrong. Morale is non-existent. The entire culture needs to be rebuilt from the top down.

Too many managers. We are treated like children and punishments are harsh and negatively effect the moral of all employees when we always have to watch our back so we don't get fired and can't provide for our families

Hours obviously stink. Do not like to go to work thinking one slip up will cost me my job. Do not like how if we make a mistake we pay but if management makes a mistake it doesn't matter. Less oversight on small tasks so we can focus on what matters and not so much on the things that don't matter.

the company cares more about stock price than its employees. it doesnt care about our ideas or complaints about safety. anything that costs money is tossed out
