For the most part, working at this company has been the greatest experience of my life. My team is exceptional and I truly enjoy the emphasis of our workload. There are challenges that have to be dealt with, however; as a team we generally work through any obstacles to neet deadlines.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policies and the invitation to be honest and open.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401(k) matching is quite good and insurance premiums are reasonable.

Working with my team and knowing that we are truly making a difference.

The ability to work with my team and promote a culture of sustainability within our organic environment.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like when I was interviewing for the position with my company, that I was exposed to my management team and colleagues whom I would interact with on a daily basis.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is absolutely the best IT group that I have ever known. They literally carry the lion share of work and do not complain about the high operations tempo, the rapid and dynamic environments we working, or the extremely high expectations that are placed upon them. They are the best, ever.
