
The only positive about the culture is the employees that have been at the company for a long time. The overall culture and environment however is very negative.
Management is disconnected from the employees and what it takes to do the jobs required of them. It can be improved by management listening to feedback or being open to feed back from employees.
The leadership team at the Plymouth, MN location of Northrop are very disconnected from their employees. They do not portray a feeling of valuing the people who work for them or a firm understanding of what their employees do in their job.
Management team does not value individual employees. We feel more like numbers on a board than individuals. If the company had industry competitive salaries that would make me personally feel better about my compensation, as well as if promotions were base purely on performance.
