What makes you most happy at work?Taking care of my patients.
What are some of the best things about your team?Low turnover has allowed us to get to know one another over the years. My coworkers are skilled, helpful, and professional.
What is the best part about your compensation package?I am happy with my medical coverage. The cost/deductable is reasonable for a "PRN" employee.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?New Ownership or better administration.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Norton make is clear to everyone that you are replaceable. Which translates to "you don't matter".
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, practice what they preach, rounding, caring about staff and not numbers.
