Improve accountability, due diligence, and actually living valuea
For the amount of responsibility I have there should be at least 2 people in my role. People I do work for recognize this ("how do you do it all?") but management doesn't. I don't like the fact they are now paying bonuses once a year rather than bi-annually. They use it to try to keep people.
There is no growth. There is no new development. There is nothing new, yes, there is one thing is new is New Employees. I have more then 2 decade of experience and i am by far more experience then other team and have seen compensation difference by Race. that's why I am paid lower than White
Be professional and admit when a mistake was made
Include individual contributors in planning. My group supports a lot of people and we are never included in plans to re-organize or take on particular projects. We find about it when it is announced and are caught off-guard. It makes us look like idiots because we're not ready to support the change.
Treat all team fairly with respect, hire more people, improve quality and delivery. Listen to smaller people who could have game changing innovative idea
Less steps and quicker. It was too slow
In a nutshell, there is big talk but little walk. Lack of resource and aversion to decision making prevents employees from working efficiently and often leads to a bad customer experience.
Wrong: Organizational politics, Fairness to treat, surrounding atmosphere (negativity), Directionless team Improve: remove bureaucratic, treat fair and create positive atmosphere
