Less disparity and benefit packages in line with local markets.

Knowing that new employees without experience are paid more than seasoned employees is demeaning

Manager and the company simply did not care.

Forced to work with covid positive people because they wont let peoplebstay home and get better

NSF is going from PTO to flex time to save money on payouts to workers who resign. Quit being cheap. Offer bereavement pay. Don't fire people who take long term disability.

Benchmark with competitors to ensure it is competitive.

Lots of my competences are used but not gratification for that
