NSF is going from PTO to flex time to save money on payouts to workers who resign. Quit being cheap. Offer bereavement pay. Don't fire people who take long term disability.
Need to actually have skill. And have solid soft skills.

The HR department is very weak
Management needs to go do some soul searching and figure out where they went wrong.
When the legal and marketing departments get better support, there's something shady going on. Support the laboratory and program employees who get the real work done.
The transformation being completed without input and involvement from customers was a horrendous mistake.
