They need to actually be leaders. And have actual robust systems. Instead of constantly having issue.

Knowing that new employees without experience are paid more than seasoned employees is demeaning

Forced to work with covid positive people because they wont let peoplebstay home and get better

NSF is going from PTO to flex time to save money on payouts to workers who resign. Quit being cheap. Offer bereavement pay. Don't fire people who take long term disability.

More transparent. Managers never mention about long working hours, travel time, pay and that no training will be provided.

Lets keep the new hires for more than 2 months!

Management needs to go do some soul searching and figure out where they went wrong.

When the legal and marketing departments get better support, there's something shady going on. Support the laboratory and program employees who get the real work done.

The transformation being completed without input and involvement from customers was a horrendous mistake.
