What do you like best about the leadership team?
Good leadership and communciate to team members
They seem to be rich
The leadership is extremely transparent with the colleagues. They lookout for the company's bottom line and the colleagues as well.
My direct leadership is a joy to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Speaking with the team and understanding their needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a 401K and HSA match and 5 Heart & Soul Days annually that give colleague's the ability to be paid to work for any non-profit of their choosing.
Good amount of PTO (paid time off).
they are about 5% less in open market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raise for 3 years despite 3 exceeds expectations performance evals
What are some of the best things about your team?
Depends on the team. On other teams in the past, everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Some teams are actually interested in letting people fail rather than do anything other than specific job description.

Work remotely from home, but everyone is willing to help from afar in a moments notice.

Team management good and support mindset in your company
Having fun together and all rowing the boat in the same direction.

Working from home is very positive.

Teach people the importance of perspective taking.
sup and upper management are rude and doesn't know the workers.

Good in the interview process
Automated on boarding system was nice
Frequent updates on the status and a reasonable number of interviews.

What makes you most happy at work?
Team work is good work of the enivronment
The team and being able to help healthcare succeed on a daily basis.
Team engagement and collaboration. Everyone on my team genuinely respects one another's space.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Significant investment needs to be made into the culture and HR practices. Better benefits, better onboarding process, consistent performance reviews, merit increases, growth plans for employees.
