We have a 401K and HSA match and 5 Heart & Soul Days annually that give colleague's the ability to be paid to work for any non-profit of their choosing.

Depends on the team. On other teams in the past, everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Some teams are actually interested in letting people fail rather than do anything other than specific job description.
