Healthcare is top notch and incentive is nice.
Benefits are good, stock options given as a bonus but not very much
Pay is commensurate with performance. Bonus, raise and other benefits are competitive.
overall package along with the monitory benefits.
Pay is pretty good but the benefits programs are not the best. The transition to a different vision program has left me wishing I'd stuck with the other healthcare option which was ok but not as appealing as other portions of the one I switched to.
Pay is appropriate. Bonus opportunity was promised at one level and received at another. A more equitable distribution is needed that doesn't give the executives millions of dollars while the rank and file are dependent on judgmental input from that toxic level.
Varied and thorough - great and progressive benefits - competitive salary and long term incentive plans.
Paid fairly well for 2 years experience
Review from IT Dept
Health benefits. Competitive Salary. Remote work
More stock grants and better understanding of merger timelines
Very less growth and yearly hike
No holiday pay, no sick pay, company emails are not answered. Manager refuses to give out email/name of her superior or HR.
Pay is well under market rate. Raises are minimal to non-existent. Rewarding one high performer means denying raises to their teammates.
Sales teams are over worked not given clear direction.
Compensation was based on a lot of factors that were based on each other. That were determined by others.
The benefits for this company are poor, costing almost 1k a month for a family plan in addition to a deductible and coinsurance. Nuance needs to offer a much better health plan and more PTO for long-term employees.
production cut in half for rate calculation, quality analysis is punitive not educational and unfairly penalizes "good" work
They pay off shore people more than U.S. employees.
They have told me I am underpaid. I haven't received an adjustment or increase of note in 4 years.
They keep making rules to dock pay and discourage employee morale. Penalized for asking for help (deduction in pay).
They keep lowering our pay or docking us for nonessential errors or not working fast enough.
