They keep making rules to dock pay and discourage employee morale. Penalized for asking for help (deduction in pay).
Compensation was based on a lot of factors that were based on each other. That were determined by others.
The workers are dedicated and work hard. Which is hard when they are criticized for doing their jobs to the best of their abilities.
They are out of touch with the life of employees, what we go through and have to put up with. Doctors and dictators are not perfect.
Can't get excited when you know you are not going to make money and they are going to make a new rule to dock what pay you are getting.
They laid off the MLS department without any warning. They started outsourcing all the work at a lower rate taking away from what few MLS still remained.
Not good. It became even worse as the layoffs became more and more. Only to find out that Nuance was doing away with the MLS department and outsourcing all the work to companies that pay less than half what Nuance paid.
