I had great training initially as a QDS, but when I went into production, it was horrible. I was the only QDS at first and had to complete the charts for five different providers.When I was charting, I only received negative feedback and was monitored for my time.This experience has caused me BP.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to answer in Teams chat when asked a question. They need to be equal with the new QDS and not assign them three different assignments. This was a horrible experience working from home. I am so stressed from this experience. I cannot even reach HR even.
