Everyone respects each other, collaborates and is focused on getting better every day
Open communication is a really major part of everyone's conduct. There's no arbitrary hierarchy that indicates how important your opinion is. It really feels easy to make a positive impact when your team is truly collaborative.
We're thoughtful and we like to get things done. I think we need to improve some processes to help us do both of those more efficiently but we're working on it.
We are both agile and laser-focused. Everyone gets along well and is there to support one another.
