What are some of the best things about your team?
They're always willing to help and answer questions. Everyone is very communicative and transparent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The engineering culture is very supportive. Everyone is willing to mentor and share information so we can all complete our tasks.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am worried about the ratio of women to men, especially in the engineering department. We are well below average at this point. We should more actively look for and hire F-URM candidates.
