I had a pretty challenging experience with a previous organization and was considering retiring for good. Nylas has renewed my energy and excitement about work. The work we do feels meaningful and the people I do it with feel impactful.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team. It's just so much fun to work here. We have some really hard work to get done but everyone is willing, energetic, and supportive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The packages are very fair for the size of the organization. I feel like I get some great big company perks but at a much lower cost than I would have expected.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The way we have managed to protect and nurture the culture even as we have grown at a crazy pace. That says a lot about how much we care about the culture here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the way that they really listen. every call I am on they are trying to understand by asking good questions. before they make suggestions and give direction. this is very rare, in my experience
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am impressed by their level of transparency and leadership. I feel like I can ask anything of that team and get a straight answer (within reason). I feel their guidance working it's way through the organization.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The energy of the team. Everyone is working so hard. They all do it willingly and with energy. It's helpful when I am feeling a bit deflated as it brings me up and drives me forward.
