people are truly diverse, accepting and kind. Nylas does an incredible job ensuring that they hire people who will get along, respect and enjoy each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
in theory the compensation plan sounds good, but there are very few (if any) people who were able to make the full value of it due to the metrics being unrealistic.
