My experience has been so positive. Working here you get so much support not only from your manager but from everyone. People are kind to give you a hand or help you organize if your load is too overwhelming. Working here is above and beyond a team, it's family. I love this company!
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with and having a good manager. I'm happy with my manager because they are experienced in their craft, they take the time to coach/mentor you, and they listen.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They bring many years of experience. They respect and value their employees. They always listen to their employees with suggestions and ideas. And they make sure culture, diversity and they always say we are a team, but most of all a Nylas Family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
First a shout out to our Head of People who is absolutely amazing. There are so many to list; our company invests in the well being of the employees, cross-functional with another department we come together as a team, employee morale, and emphasis on employee wellness.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had to do a homework assignment. Which challenge me, but in an excellent way to understand what they were looking for in a manager. Also, learning about diversity, positive culture, the intelligent group of people, perks, volunteering for a non-profit organization once a quarter.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's within the market trend and you are compensated with how many years of experience you have. To me that is fair. The compensation package includes your objectives and goals. it will challenge you which is always good and at the same time, it's not unreasonably to reach your goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
What I find in my team is that they are open to wanting to learn more. They want to be great at what they do. Most of all they are thoughtful, sincere, happy, smart, energetic and they bring their A game to the office and events. They are so much fun to work with. Great people!
