Inclusion and connection. It's clear that even during Covid-19 times, they want us to feel connected to one another. They do this by creating different groups and events to feel the love!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about the team is that we are communicative and open to feedback. We want to see each other succeed and we all have the same common goal of getting there together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the our leadership team is invested in all areas - they're aware of what is going on, and willing to get their handy dirty where they need to. They're clearly engaged and want to make sure people succeed as individuals, as well as a team.
