My experience at Nylas has been amazing. The energy within the organization is contagious. The leadership team is open to feedback and clear on our goals. The people team provides clear pathways for everyone to move up and clear expectations regarding performance.

The health benefits are great and at a great price. Especially given our current size.

The compensation is more than fair. When combined with some of the extra perks, it's well above my expectations.

As a manager, I get the most satisfaction from helping my team. Helping the team grow and become their best selves.

I value their clear/concise messaging and overall approachability. They are easy to interact with and value the opinions of the team deeply.

The leadership team is clear, concise, and approachable. I never feel as if I cannot bring something to them that they will not take seriously.

The ability to put my thumbprint on our process and see that impact other's lives positively. I am given that opportunity here and it's great to see the impact.

The passion they bring to the business. It's obvious that the team cares deeply about our business and the customers we serve. That helps me stay excited and feel motivated as well.

Everyone is a team player. I never hear, "that's not my job" or "I cannot help you with that." The team is always willing to jump into items, help out, and they make room for mistakes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our focus on inclusion. We put a lot of effort into making it comfortable for everyone in the business. This has the added benefit of making it easy to experiment with ideas and drive change without fear.

The drive to build culture while remaining remote. We spend a lot of time connecting on slack, doing fun remote events, and learning more about each other. Helps me feel connected to the team, even if we are far apart.
