Nylas has been the best decision I have made in a long time. I feel welcome when I am here. I feel valued in every facet of the company. I feel so blessed to be a part of a company that is growing so quickly. We are full of hard-working, good-natured people who are incredibly smart and hard working!

Everyone that I work with here is some combination of intelligent, open-minded, and hard working.

The professional development investment. Nylas does a phenomenal job of ensuring their employees grow both personally and professionally

Everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and patient since I started. No one is too busy for another coworker

Since I am new here, having others teach me and help me learn new things has been the best part.

Everyone has a voice. No one is too important for something or someone else. Everyone values and respects each other's time and opinions

Everyone listens and respects one another. From my time here I have not found any sense of judgement from one coworker to another.

The encouragement to grow professionally. They give financial assistance for you to pursue professional development courses which I found hard to find at other companies

There is clear and concise messaging of what is exptected. On top of that, they're not above hearing outside opinions and do a good job of staying open-minded

The level of diversity and inclusion is top-notch at Nylas. You are not judged by how you look, what you value, or even what you do with your time. Everyone is understanding and open-minded.

Being around my coworkers and being a part of a company that is growing so quickly. I feel so blessed to be at a company that is not only a good place to work, but is going places fast.
