    Interview process involved cross functional team managers who I will be work with in the future. It helped to know if I am suitable for the job position before making further decisions.

  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    At this point it's too late. You shouldn't have accepted venture capitalist money. You should have listened to your long term employees instead of your friends (like a certain Director of Finance), and you should have taken the concerns of the grunts more seriously. I guess you're finding out now.
  • What needs to change to make the company culture better?
    Better leadership training or hiring externally rather than internally.
