My overall experience working here was good at first ,however I have a total of three managers to my knowledge and one of them is terrible .I started this job with over 4 years of experience & the pay rate was a dollar different from my last job .Overall my treatment here has been unfair .
What are some of the best things about your team?
We usually work together when something goes wring or we are short staff.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty basic ,but I liked when I was asked what I would bring to the restaurant .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to get better at the hiring system and genuine respect and treatment of employees .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For someone that is one of the youngest employees there I work really hard while being in school . and there is so much mistreatment .
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
In order to make the company culture better the staff needs to be more excited to be working and greet guest as well as being there on time and making sure everything is done open to close .
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are almost short staff all of the time ,and the new employees make the team no better then it is .When short staff other employees do their part only and do not assist with things that need to be done .I come in and things are incomplete or not even started .
