Poor management, good people and hardworking servers, but ultimately because of poor management good people leave.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Consistency, and leading by example... your servers shouldnt be the hardest working people and if they are then why are they paid the least?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being paid a fair wage, when the servers and part time chefs have to open the restaurant in the morning, you set a terrible example...
