we need a general manager that doesn't scream at us or put us down.
What are some of the best things about your team?
all of the servers and BOH get along great and we all come together to get the job done. We just need better management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The general manager at the location in ashland, KY screams, cusses and belittles his team members. I've never seen anything like it in my life and I'm not even sure on who to contact about this concern.
