The managers need to be team players and not undervalue the ones that over work to make up for their slacking off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was given the same pay raise that everyone else got to do less work than I do. But I stayed at the same pay rate
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of them are hard workers and all pitch in where needed while managers are out smoking or gone from the building and no where to be found
