Everything is wrong and it’s prob too late to come back from

EVERYTHING. Communication. Not hiding when they are needed. Better scheduling so we are staffed

Everything. Better management. Less favoritism. Food is cooked for certain people first rather than how the orders came in

Better training. Veterans are stealing tables. They won’t even sit tables in the bar. I’ve been screamed at by an employee in the middle of taking in order, cussed out by another the next

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I am the only bartender they have employed in the entire restaurant. I go above and beyond and had to fight them on just letting me clock in as a bartender because they refused to give me the pay I have always gotten. I’ve worked months at 2.13 an ho
