Mr. W. Cardon Gerner has been the Chief Accounting Officer of Oceaneering International, Inc. since September 1, 2006 and as its Senior Vice President since August 22, 2011. Mr. Gerner served as the Chief Financial officer of Oceaneering International, Inc. from August 22, 2011 to August 2015 and as its Vice President from September 1, 2006 to August 22, 2011. He served as a Vice President of Accounting at Service Corporation International (SCI) since August 2002 to 2006 and also served as its Vice President and Corporate Controller since March 1999. From 1999 to 2006, he held various financial positions with Service Corporation International. He served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity Corporation International (ECI) from March 1995 to 1999. Previously, Mr. Gerner was an Audit Partner with Ernst & Young LLP from October 1990 to March 1995. Mr. Gerner is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas- Austin.
