Although I worked for this company a short time my experience has been nothing but horrible. From the employees coming into the training class to talk about other employees, to not being able to get ahold of management, to management not sticking to their word.

The people that take the time out they day to donate to save a life
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop talking about people behind their backs, if you have a higher rank it'd no reason you should allow it nor talk about them too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It should be actions for those who talk about people and if you take part in it and you have a higher rank consequences should happen
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was to receive my paycheck because I wasn't working for free. To have my paycheck mailed to me at my home address I provided or my account for direct deposit that I also provided but haven't received anything and it'd going on 2 months
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop allowing employees scare off the new comers, stop allowing employees to talk about other employees behind their backs and at work, how could you be a higher job title but allow employees to talk about other employees while teaching a training class, and actually have a manager to have your back
