There is definitely room for improvement on all ends, mainly the training aspect and communication is lacking

We come together no matter what to make a collaborative effort to keep the business in check. We all are there for each other , however we may have times where we disagree
What makes you most happy at work?
I like working with my colleagues they are great and knowledgeable. We definitely are undervalued and I think we should try to resolve this issue with the company hours. That would be a great thing to allow staff a little more lead way to get ur jobs done effectively and efficiently daily
