Insanely toxic work environment. Zero separation from employees and management. Zero consistency from management and the entitlement from some employees who have been there longer is ridiculous. The gossip and clickiness is worse than high school.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually being a manager instead of gossiping with the employees. Following through and being consistent. Having their employee's back in front of donors instead of humiliating them causing the donors to not respect the employee's authority.
