Compared to the industry standard, it is a fair package. Internally, the devs are expected to do more and multi roles. Would be right to raise for the devs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a developer. 90 times out of 100, a developer is expected to perform work as a BA or a QA. Developers are very under rated in Odessa and not given the freedom. At times there is a huge gap in communication between the dev and the Client. Reducing the gap will solve issues faster.
