Its been close to five years with Odessa now. I have been presented with numerous work challenged for several projects, and in turn have gained immense business knowledge, problem solving acumen and trust from the top management. Its been a great journey so far!

The hikes are usually better than the industry standard, which I really appreciate a lot.

The speed with which we at Odessa turn around an interview process for an individual is amazing. It usually gets wrapped within 2-3 business days.

They are very ambitious and have a very positive mindset in every situation, which translates into the workforce as well, due to the frequent communication from the management to the Odessans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Each members is focused on delivering the best for the common goal of the project. All the members are always open for help, suggestions and brainstorming making it a great team to be in.
What makes you most happy at work?
Visibility to my individual contributions and my team's contributions translate into value creation for the company as well as our customers is very satisfying. The appreciation and care shown by the top management in my personal work and career growth is very motivating.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Organization is really flat, and one can reach out to any one for help, suggestions and a quick feedback. People are welcoming and generally take out time to help in each other's work challenges which makes it a very healthy work atmosphere to be in.
