The nature of work is challenging and keeps me on my toes. Its always interesting to work here and also the good relationship we share with the team creates a positive environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The compensation in absolute term is not bad. However, the efforts and expectation from an employee is way more than the compensation in return. The compensation does not justify the hard work.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
We have really good persons at the leadership roles. However, there is no clarity of role. This trickles downstream and creates ambiguity across organisations. The Leadership team needs to get the priorities and values clear so that the same could be passed on and company know the important areas.
